Module Formats


Format (A) is as follows with 18 CEUs total: 15.75 contact hour and 2.25 non-contact hour available.

 

Regular cost: $350

 

Each session day lasts from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and includes a 15 minute break.

The session is organized as follows:

  • 30 minutes pre-brief
  • 45 minutes pool practice
  • 15 minutes break
  • 30 minutes post lecture & discussion
Day 1 Monday Forward Bends
Day 2 Wednesday Backbends
Day 3 Friday Twists
Day 4 Monday Lateral Bends
Day 5 Wednesday Balance
Day 6 Friday Revisit Backbends, Twists and Forward Bends
Day 7 Monday Revisit Lateral Bends, Balance and Forward Bends
Day 8 Wednesday Flow Combinations (Vinyasa) - Pool Wall
Day 9 Friday Flow Combintations (Vinyasa) - Pool Noodle

Format (B) is as follows with 12 CEUs total: 10.5 contact hour and 1.5 non-contact hour available.

Each session day lasts from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and includes a 15 minute break.

For this format 6 pool practice times lasting 45 minutes each are included. Each pool practice will have 30 minutes pre-brief and 30 minutes post lecture & discussion.
