This is Dallas Aqua Yoga's hallmark training, unlike any other aqua yoga training! Discover how the properties of water influence and support Viniyoga breath and movement methodology. In this multi-module series, learn how buoyancy, water viscosity, and hydrostatic pressure can simultaneously facilitate and challenge breath-centric movements. You might even be surprised by how this movement methodology in the water can actually deepen and refine your understanding of movement on land. 

 

The training program consists of easy digital access modules that allow you to learn at your own pace.
